Eligibility Requirements

Please ensure you qualify before submitting. HatchPoint values inclusion and fairness.

Undergraduate Builders (1st – 3rd Year)

Strictly open to 1st, 2nd, and 3rd year undergraduate students (100 to 300 Level) across all academic departments with high-potential tech-enabled products.

Dedicated Founders

Teams must consist of 3 to 5 members (minimum 3, maximum 5). We prioritize teams showing deep commitment and balanced technical and business capabilities.

Market-Ready Prototypes

We welcome active, early-stage projects and original concepts that demonstrate genuine product-market fit and commercial viability.

Scalable Technology

We look for solutions built on clean architectures that can readily deploy, iterate, and integrate into enterprise environments.

No, each team must select a single primary track for submission. Review the categories carefully to see where your solution fits best.

For the initial application deadline, a detailed proposal and UX designs are sufficient. However, for the Demo Day, a working software prototype is required.

The HatchPoint Innovations Challenge is open strictly to 1st, 2nd, and 3rd year undergraduate students (100 to 300 Level) across all departments. All team members must be within 1st to 3rd year undergraduate levels.

Yes! Joining the official WhatsApp group is mandatory after registration. It is our primary channel for live event updates, mentor guidance, and announcements. You can access the group link on your registration success screen or via the green floating WhatsApp button at the bottom-right corner of any page.
